Please contact me at [Mod Removed] I was chatting but it was the end of the support agents shift so it hung up directly when it hit 12:00am here, it's 12:25am now I do have the Microsoft support codes, the thing is I bought 2 12 month gold
memberships, and they didn't work. And I was just about to get my codes, I do have the Microsoft support codes, but the guy emailed me, saying it's the end of his shift so he will get back to me tomorrow, but I want to get on live now. Thank you! my email

As stated before remove your number immediately and post your original issue that way we know hoe to solve it.

Reference numbers will be of no use here, as customer support agents don't use the forums. Also, I've never heard of EA calling people and demanding money to fix "problems". Anything involving random calls to solicit money is likely a scam.

If I were you, I'd start changing passwords in your Microsoft account, EA account, and perhaps even your email inbox. Use two-step verification (if available) to further secure those accounts from fraud. Ignore any more calls from these people claiming to
be from EA, and do not give your personal information out.
