Hey guys, I have the Ultimate Edition but I'm Not getting a discount on the Expansion Pass?!

1. Are you signed in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game?

2. Have you tried purchasing the said item on a different console with your Microsoft account logged in and check if the same instance occurs?

Also, so I wouldn't forget, I went ahead and bought the expansion pass. Only to learn later that I should have gitten a $10 discount as an ultimate edition purchaser, which obviously didn't happen. So now I'' going to have to fight customer service to get
a credit for that.

I see no problem with this expansion pass. Ultimate Edition owners knew exactly what they were paying for. The other forza games have expansions that never were part of the ultimate edition either.

So for anybody wondering like me, it is a separate purchase.

I've started to expect DLC with most games, even upon release. If a game releases DLC, I expect it to support that game for at least a year, if not longer.

In the beginning, I think they should offer a season pass as a discount to future DLC. I also think that after all of the DLC is released at the end of that 1st year, the season pass itself should get discounted even further for those who haven't picked
up any of the expansions yet (as well as the individual DLCs). This way, everybody saves in some way (early adopters get the season pass discount, individual purchasers get a discount by not buying everything, and late adopters get a "you're late to the party"
discount) and the developers even get more money through having more purchases (and after that 1st year, an ultimate or gold edition of the game could also be released that comes with all of the DLC as well). Everybody wins!
