I actually tested if my ports are open but they aren't, I'm also having trouble port forwarding for other programs.

I use my router's DMZ zone, instead of forwarding ports to all ports, this function already leaves any port that the IP requires. Just get the console IP that your router assigned to the console in the DHCP session put it in the indicated field and save it.

No, I haven't. I read through that article, and went to the port forwarding site, on how to make a static IP address, and port forwarding etc. Making the static is not a problem, but port forwarding, I did not understand.

If you do not mind me asking what is your N.A.T type? I will post a link how to look that up in your console settings you can also try to port forward your ports as well! Here is a link to port forwarded
