Heroes of Fantasy / pocket knights where is my acc??

hi everyone,

1 hour ago i happily played heroes of fantasy on my windows phone. but as i tried to play again my acc was deleted o.o

i spent money on that game so i would be really happy to see my acc again T.T

Vor einer Stunde hab ich noch Heroes of Fantasy auf meinem Windows Phone gespielt. Kurz darauf hab ich es erneut versucht aber mein Account war plötzlich weg alles auf lvl 1 o.o. Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich das rückgängig machen kann o.o. ich hab auch geld
dafür ausgegeben deshalb hätte ihn schon gerne wieder o.o
