Hey I Have Been Console Banned And I Havent Done Anything But The Guy Who Had My GT First Was A Big Modder And There Actually A Video On Youtube Of My Proof It Was Someone Else. How Do I Report This? And No He DIdnt Hack My Account Its Just He Had The Same

Don't think your supposed to "name and shame"

Best way to sort it is to report the player using the Xbox One, just go to the players profile and choose "report player" and then go through describing what he did.

Shaggy2000 is correct. You can't name and shame, just report the player through his profile and give as much detail as you can.
