Here's a fix to BlackOps 3 Code Error

1. go to xbox.com and sigh in

2 click on account and redeem a code

3. type your code in

if it says something went wrong that is ok

4. bottom left of the page u see your country click on it and change it to brazil

5. go type your code again

from there it should bring the beta up you click the button underneath it and it will download straight to your console

Error code 0x803F8001

I started getting this message and error code about 2 or 3 days ago. I don't know how to fix it,

Microsoft Jigsaw is currently no available in your account. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001 See in Store

When I go to the store it says the game is installed and has a play button. When I try the play button I get the same error code. Need help.
