Here why I think Microsoft should acquire Warner bros Discovery, inc.

The reason why I am saying is because I may not be a representing Warner Bros. Discovery is that I wanted to save them from shutting down because of debt and avoiding debt, attacking animators (like cancelling show and removing from Max) and greedinesses. Satay Nadella would still be CEO, but new Warner Bros Discovery and Cartoon Network president should be hired. Tom Ascheim should be New WBD president while Betty Cohen would be interim Cartoon Network President until we can have a new one. Here how we can fix this:

Resume production of Batgirl, Cartoonito (Tom and Jerry Time & Scooby-Doo! and The Mystery Pups), Coyote v Acme, Driftwood, Scoob! Holiday Haunt, and greenlit of these: Infinity Train (4 more season), Victor & Valentino (1-2 more season), Final Space (3-4 more seasons), Mao Mao Hero’s of Pure Hearts (3 more seasons), Elliot from Earth (4 more season) and Cancel Teen Titans Go! (it been stealing fame and gone for too long), Foster’s (reboot based on original for foster friends), more rebooted series besides the one I mention to greenlit and Velma (the show ruined a lot of Scooby Doo! fans).

Reinstate all of removed Max shows into the streaming services including all of Looney Tunes and Sesame Street episodes.

Demerge Warner Bros Animations and Cartoon Network Studios. CNS should have bigger studios office in Los Angeles in Hollywood or any northern neighborhood while keeping their current headquarters as museum. WBA s could have either it’s original office or bigger one.

Now onto new one. Renaming Max (merging Warnermedia Ride, Max and Discovery+ completely) into Microsoft Vista which only only have HBO max, Warnermedia Ride and Discovery+, but also more original Xbox franchises tv show and in production.

Warner Bros. Game be added to Xbox studios, Bethesda, and Activision Blizzard. We should also greenlit Grand Theft Auto: the animated series (not only GTA game, but also Bully, manhunt and more Rockstar games).

Warner Bros. pictures groups could be renamed as Microsoft Studios. Microsoft Studios Animation (Warner Animation Group is renamed). We should also launched Xbox productions. Distributed by Microsoft Studios at the end of film credit. New Cartoon Network Executive Producers: Sam Register and Mike Roth while Studios Executive would be Nate Funaro, Scott Malchus and Katie Krentz.

Microsoft Television worldwide studios - Cartoon Network Studios (reverted to its original logo), Warner Bros. Animation, Williams Street, Telepictures and Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe. The rest is unchanged, but Cartoonito would run from 6-8:30 am, Tooncast from 12:00-3 pm while Cartoon Network from 8:30 - 12, 3–10:45 pm with Adult Swim from 10:45 pm - 6 am. CNN was pushed to right which is against the point of its view, also the firing of Don Lemon was unjustified, so CNN have to rehired him and continue his show.

Here is show I recommend greenliting: Mars Safari! (TBS, but is still TV-Y7 and produced by Cartoon Network Studios), My Science Fiction Project (2-3 seasons and then Sunshine Brownstone for 5 season), Hungy Ghost, Off the Menu, Scaredy Cat, Paranormal Roommates, AJ’s infinite summers (4 seasons), Back to Backspace and Welcome to my Life. There is two Nickelodeon shorts: Odd Squad (Ben Adams) and Planet Panic (Gene Goldstein). While we trade these with the pilot Unlovable and Jammers. For Vista: Cadette in Charge, Outrun Express, Bird & Squirrel, Pillywags Manison (Pig in a Wig too) and Beetle + Bean (The All-animal from cartoon cartoons could air as shorts).

That conclude this and I hope you guys can save Warner Bros Discovery.
