    Here we go again...... when will this madness stop?


    Previously purchased the digital version of ReCore from the Windows Store so that I could play on either the Xbox or Windows 10 platform. I have my confirmation email and order # but game still does NOT show up in my library.

    Microsoft support is a joke as they do not get it or simply play ignorant as this same issue has occurred frequently for me (and others) for digital purchases as the Windows store (or subsystem) is unreliable.

    Why should I have to wait days or even weeks to receive a download link after I already purchased a title?

    Server connection lost! Why does this constantly happen?? Why doesn't Microsoft fix it?

    That's great but I am unable to download and play it on my PC.

    Game does not show up in my library list even though I see the purchase confirmation.

    Same here Azmothman. Not in my library nor a link anywhere else to DL it for my PC. luckily I can still play it on my XBOne.

    I had the same issue with the game not appearing in my windows store to download, I had to install the Windows 10 anniversary update first than the game appeared and was smooth sailing from there.

    It doesn't show in my library either but I went to the windows store and it shows I own it and shows the install option
