My gamertag ChocolateRain53 was banned 3 years ago and I was wonder why it was banned and if there is a way to remove the suspension and what I have to do to remove the suspension.

I just finished talking to hervin and he said that since my account was suspened 8/8/14 temporarily it wasn't totally taken off. And I need to purchase a new subscription because my gold ran out can you guys fix it my gamertag is A White Eevee

 

How has it taken you 3 years to enquire about a ban?

but the chances of the ban being lifted are probably zero,especially after this amount of time.

 

To answer your question why it's took 3 years to enquire a ban is that I was told by the Xbox support team to say exactly what I posted after telling them of the reason why I was banned and it's been three years. I was told that a ban may be able to be lifted
if possible. Reason I was banned was for changing my avatars hair color to blue.

 

Ah you admitted to profile modding. No chance of getting the ban removed then. Microsoft don't like people who manipulate their software.

 

Well,that still doesn't explain why it took 3 years to ask about the ban but MaxHyperion is right,you'll never get the ban lifted if you were caught modding.

 

I just dont understand why changing a hair color adds an unfair advantage in games.

 

When I've first done it I have 12 and that was 3 almost 4 years ago. I understand now why changing the color in my hair was a not fair for some players. But I never cheated in a game all i did was change one color. I must say alleast im still dedicated
of getting my account back.

 

Because you need to use outside software in order to change the colour of your avatar which is a gross violation of the CoC/ToU.

You'll be wasting your time,you will never get that account unbanned
