    Here is a weird one, my home screen goes black when signed in


    when signed in to Xbox live, the home screen will come up for a second or two then go black. It can't be seen or accessed. I can however bring up the side pull up menu by pressing the middle xbox button on my controller. I can play games, access hulu,
    settings, everything from that pull up menu, short of going to the community or one guide tabs atop the home page, but my home screen simply will not work. Pretty scary having the screen just go black. Is this a known issue?

    The home screen does appear and work when not signed in to Xbox live. But as soon as I sign in, I get a brief glimpse of the screen before it blacks out, and I can only control the console through the side pop-up menu/control bar/whatever you folks call
    it.

    This just started an hour or so ago. Help!

    Issues with Xbox Live

    My screen is all black last I tried to turn on my Xbox to watch some TV, I'm guessing Xbox Live is the reason? I can't even see the home screen, just a black screen. It's weird cause the green popup signed me in when I was in front of Kinect and I use my voice but outside of the green popups I've got nothing but a black screen.

    account not letting me log in on my xbox

    So basically when I press 'sign in' it first goes black then does this weird thing then goes back to the home screen! Please help me I love playing MCPE multiplayer!

    Yea still just goes from the xbox one start up screen to a black screen and that's it, never gets to the home screen. While my Xbox is on the black screen my Kinect continually goes on and off like it continually restarts itself. Voice commands don't seem
    to work either when the Kinect IS on. I unplugged and re-plugged in the Kinect and it seems to be hooked up right....Still hoping it works itself out haha

    Go to network settings and after that go offline. Restart your console, go online again.
