I was playing Ghost with friends when a child like sounding person gets on and starts talking trash saying he is going to turn on his hacks. I told him that I was recording and will post the video on Xbox, has his reply is listed as to winner on federation.
I have video proof of his gamer tag halo3modz. the child sounding person cursed like a military ammo troop. As a United States military veteran I heard some cursing before but this was awful. My kids know never to curse like this person did. the person also
said that Microsoft and Xbox can't do anything because he has equipment preventing Xbox and Microsoft to shut his account down. that you could not see him or touch him. Please take care of this matter. After all, he is smearing your name and your business
on your network...

trouble adding kids to my 'xbox family'

Hi,

I logged into my xbox privacy&online safety site using web browser. There I only see my own gamer tag, and not my kids' tag. When I click on 'Microsoft family' link, I get to the Microsoft page where I am also listed and there also my kid has her own Microsoft
account listed and I can see that I am listed there as her father. How can I add her as my child also on the xbox account, in order to update the privacy settings, to allow her to play Minecraft Windows 10?

Note 1: We have no xbox console. We use Windows 10 pc only.

Note 2: My kid has her own microsoft account, as well as xbox account set up. Her xbox account just are not linked as child account on my xbox account page. This linking is what I would like to accomplish.

I have seen the same posts from others that you may need to do a " 'pull up' for each of the kids, after which their accounts became visible under my xbox account".

The enforcement team do not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for them to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

The tech support gave me this link to post on here about hackers etc.... So microsoft could take the proper actions against this kid..

Well the kid who did it to me is still active on Xbox live after I've given his name to support numerous times. I can search his gammer tag and see he hasn't been banned. I was even directed here by on phone support and told to message a member of the enforcement
team who has never responded. In almost a year not one person really explained what happend.

I’m so distraught over my kids Xbox account being hacked. The only thing more distraught is having provided mounds of evidence to Microsoft including the hackers email address that’s now inside my 2fa. Yeah.

Also credit card charges occurring.

I provided all the info tied to the account for the last 6 years, yet I can’t even get a measily update. They said it could take 36-72 hours. That was Friday night. They won’t even freeze the account to minimize risk.

If I call, they will say theres been no update. I would think if I can substantiate that we have logged in from one city for almost a decade, with certain IPs, with certain multiple charges, also the name of the hackers gamer tag. For God sakes, the hacker has left my kid’s gamer tag there.

I’m a Microsoft user on many levels including azure, but the handling of this where your details don’t matter and you are left helpless, makes me think twice about other MS platforms I support.

I have a case number and All where I’ve posted much material.
