    I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU EXPECT ANYBODY TO BUY THIS ONE X WHEN YOUR ALL YOUR OTHER SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN SO POOR IN PERFORMANCE. IM TIRED OF WAITING ALL DAY FOR SIMPLE UPDATES... IM TIRED THAT THERE ARE SOO MANY UPDATES THAT DONT ADDRESS THE REAL PROBLEMS WITH
    THE CONSOLE.

    What exactly is wrong with your Xbox One. We can help you work through whatever is wrong with your console if you tell us what the problem is.

    I'd be feeling the same way if I got a non-working console for Christmas. That's no fun at all.

    I would expect there to be some issues with a new console at launch-but I do have to admit this teredo ip address thing is just f'd.

    What's the problem? Are our updates taking too long? If so that's due to a dodgy connection on your end.

    What types of issues are you having and we can see if we can sort them.
