What I get from your post is you've purchased something (6 Turkish Lira) and added 10 TL to your account, and subsequently were charged for more (7TL). Without more information we can't really say what went wrong, but I assure you MS did not steal your money.
Either something went wrong and you will be reimbursed, or there is a perfectly logical explanation you've missed.
