    Helpwith custom gamer pic


    I would like to use a custom game pic, but whenever I try to make one a menu comes up that says I cant because of "Unsupporting Behaviour." But the thing is I have never recieved a ban or suspension and my player rating is good? Is there anything I can do,
    or anything somebody can do to help? I appreciate all the help I can get.

    No.At the moment all you can use is the gamerpics provided or an avatar pic.

    Using anything other than that is a violation of the ToU/CoC but custom gamerpics is something that is being looked into so it may be a feature in the future.

    Custom gamer pic?

    What kind of phone? Currently it's only available in the Xbox beta app on Android. If you have an iphone it won't work.

    enforcement.xbox.com    ? Are you able to send messages over Xbox Live or play in Online Multiplayer games?

    I’m having the same issue at the moment, I logged onto my Xbox the other day and my custom gamer pic has been removed and all my friends have default gamer pics, my friends can still see my custom gamer pic but I can’t see anyones

    Edit: I restarted my console and I can see my custom gamer pic but no one elses
