You might also check My games and apps and manage that game to check the games ready to install section.

well there is no refund for live transactions (sorry) but you should go here next time:

live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile

and you can choose your gamertag you want.

(now you may have gotten your gamer tag changed by the XBLPET's go to enforcement.xbox.com and sign in and see if there was any enforcement on your account, if there was then that is the gamertag you are going to have intill you pay 10 dollars to change

It does sound like whatever you changed it to was offensive, and you ended up with a forced name change. If that is the case, Ritzy is correct and you will have to pay to change it again. You can post here: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx to see if and why you
received a FNC.

i've downloaded the xbox app on phone and searched console. able to find both consoles (which logged S out - much to the annoyance of son) but didn't understand next line of start the section you want to use.

Can someone supply a contact for tech support (email address).

here's the problem

xbox one has outlook.com email profile (secondary email address)

xbox S has gmail email profile (primary email address)

One profile bought game and downloaded this, able to play on One console and also S console; but doesn't connect to Live (asking for payment). Does have access to Live account under different games though (on One console)

S profile can't play the game on S console but does have access to Live account (able to play other games)

Both profile have the same bank payment details (and gmail address as contact).

so either need to have game refunded and removed from One console, then re-buy for S console (previously bought fifa via digital and installed on S console and One profile able to play on One console)

or reverse the permission rights and let both profiles have complete authorisation on both consoles....

i've tried all the guidance provided... re-set up Home on both profiles, etc......helpppppppp
