    Okay. I have done EVERYTHING I can think of. I've turned my TV volume all the way off, I have the bit stream out selected under optical audio, Dolby digital selected under bitstream format, and I STILL don't have any audio coming through my headset. I've
    even tried updating my controller. I really have no idea what to do at this point. Can someone help me??

    Your account is showing as a free/silver member on here. Are you sure it was a one month card? I don't believe they make those anymore.

    Try redeeming the code again.

    Playonline Support is who would need contact. Just have your Playonline ID with you when you call and they can easily unlink it. Next time to try and log into Playonline with that ID you can attached it to the new Gamertag you're signed in with.
