    Yeah so xbox support told this to my neighbor who has disabilities mental. They said he can not get his account back because of his communications. When his father stepped in to see if he could change anything they said no. Many people in the community here
    tried to help and all got the run around. He is a sweet guy with a good heart. Goes about things differently than others. When he tried to chat with them on their support chat they said they will ban his console to for just asking a simple question. Xbox has
    fallen low enough to judge books by the cover and support cyber bullies and has a failed enforcement team. If they actually read this have a conscious and help this poor man out. Gamertag CaptainJack4319

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If he has a suspension, he would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    He doesn't understand certain things he already tried reviews and they always uphold the decision they do not care. The enforcement team aka computer ai is faulty

    The enforcement team is not ai. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else he can do. If it's a temporary suspension he would have to wait it out.

    also for someone to act like they know enforcement and defend them you must work for either them or xbox. They choice they made will make or break them if someone from higher up doesnt get invlolved because they don't want to be sued for many reasons and
    that family deserves to do so
