-If the order is complete, ask your friend to exit the game, sign out of the Microsoft Store app, and sign back in before launching the game again.

-Sometimes, in-game currencies may take a little while to appear. Based on experience, this can take 24-72 hours to appear.

-If it still doesn't appear, your friend can reach out to Roblox support directly at roblox.com/support, where the team can investigate further.

-If the Robux still doesn’t appear after all the steps, your friend can request a refund via xbox.com/refunds and try purchasing it again.
