Helpful Solution To "Installation Stopped" Message For Backwards Compatible Titles.

Hi there are you experiencing the "Installation Stopped" message or have gotten it before on Xbox One in regards to a Backwards Compatible Title?

Well rest assured your not alone and I may have a viable solution to your issue.

Here is what you should do:

1. Try to power cycle your console.

You can do this by holding the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds till the light on your power supply turns orange then reboot your console and try again.

2. Test your network connection.

To do this you can use methods such as Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test or go to settings > Network > Network Settings > Detailed Network Statistics. If it comes back with issues then try rebooting your modem/router.

3. Make sure your ports are open to have adequate access to Xbox Live.

If you have already done that then proceed to step 5 if still having issues.

5. Uninstall all of the games/DLC's that failed to install and reinstall them.

That's right, the last update was November 2007 and Robotech: Battlecry was the only one to be included in the BC list.
