    It's impossible for me to redeem codes on my Xbox 360 I type in the 25 pass code for Xbox Gold and I get a error screen saying "An error occurred while completing this operation Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by
    entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate." and then the error code & time of issue but I entered the code and got another error message saying I found a glitch in the system. I'm a little bit upset cause I'm not sure how can this
    be fixed and can I have anything in return for having a faulty Xbox? Also I was thinking of sending you the picture of the error message it gave me but there is no attachment option so please help!!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
