    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that fails, you could try to consider doing a factory reset of the console, with the option to keep Games and Apps installed, keep in mind that this will require you to redownload the profiles (this requires the account credentials) and the save games.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
