hello there. i hope somebody can help me :

my problem is than i just can't renew my gold membership for xbox. Every time i try to it says " Sorry try again later something went wrong on our side" I even tried to buy a prepaid card for 3 months and it still wont work. I dont know what to do. I tried
to contact microsoft people and i cant get someone on the phone. Please is there anyone that can help me?

See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol

hello there ecko i had try all that and i cant pay for some reason it ask me to pay from usa and i just cant do that my last option was set a paypal acount but it wont be rdy untill a couple of days so i really dont know what to do

 

Is the region on the Xbox set to the same region as the card or payment device you are using to try to pay for the Xbox Live Gold? If there is a region mismatch, for instance the box is set to USA but you actually live somewhere else, that will prevent renewal.
