    so for the past 6-8 months my console will disconnect from the wifi when I first turn it on and when I go to scan networks, nothing shows up although I know there are at least 6 different networks in the area. The only thing that works is a hard reset and
    it's becoming an everyday thing. Also my kinect won't even turn on sometimes unless I do a hard reset. Sometimes my screen just goes blank after a hard reset. Also apps keep closing themselves and not working properly until I hard reset my console and sometimes
    I have to hard reset it multiple times. What is the issue? And sometimes it won't connect to my smartglass app.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
