HELP!!

    HELP!!


    I cannot get an image from my xbox 360 onto the TV I tried multiple HDMI cables on the 360 and nothing happened but they all work fine on the xbox one so after this I assumed this was to do with the system. What do I do?!

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    HELP!!

    Hey there, NOOB!

    I'm sorry to see any display issues! If you haven't already, try a component cable to rule out the HDMI port as the culprit. However, if you don't have one, you may need to set up a repair for the Xbox 360; if you have an original Xbox 360, you will need
    to replace the console via a retailer, as we no longer repair those devices.

    Please let me know if you have any other concerns with this! I'm happy to address them if needed. HELP!! :)

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
