    Help urgently, people wanted to know how to change the child mode that is in my account because I can not download games in xbox one backwards compatibility. It came out in live the ac III and I would like to be able to download Hi, I'm Brazilian.

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    Hey there!

    Unfortunately, there is no way to manually change a child account to an adult account. The only way is for the account to naturally reach the age of majority in Brazil. In order to obtain Xbox 360 content as a child account, you will need to make the purchase
    on an Xbox 360 console. Alternatively, you can have the admin account on the Xbox One obtain the content and share it using the home console program.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
