Help.

So, i when on my xbox, wanting to stream using the twitch app. I didn't work. Oh well, xbox added beam. I'm gonna try it out. after i check it out, i clicked on the stream button, "you need to have an adult account. please change the settings in the privacy
and safety section". okay, i can do that. so after i made sure i did it correctly, i try to start it up again. "you need to have an adult account. please change the settings in the privacy and safety section". so i go back and make sure i did it right. i
did. oh well, maybe an issue with the app. oh well, then i decide to take some screenshots, some pretty good ones at that. i go on my pc to download them but nothing. the only things in my screenshot section in the xbox app is some super old stuff. so now
i have no idea what is going on with my account. can anyone help me. and to be able to send this post for help, i have to write it on my joke account
