    HELP!


    Something is either wrong with my Xbox One or it is my Wifi, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Every fortnight I go to my fathers house and I usually stay there for the weekend, so I bring my Xbox, but every day I lose connection
    to the wifi at 7PM, and it comes on around half an hour later, and this repeats once again at 8PM. However, at 9PM I lose connection to the wifi for 12 hours as it reconnects at 9AM the following morning. It is annoying as my Xbox is more of an entertainment
    system preferably rather than a games console, so Wifi is necessary.

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    HI

    If you are connecting to you home network wirelessly and not suffering this issue then it sounds like it is probably something happening on the network you are trying to connect to of and issue with the WiFi strength. Please try the troubleshooting guide
    below to see if it helps with your issue.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
