    Help!!!


    Help I have spoken to so many techs all giving different answers.

    Basically my daughters Xbox was set up by her step dad. We have now separated and I had an email saying my daughter had been removed from his family account.

    Now she can't get on her Xbox it says parent Microsoft account is invalid!

    I have added her as a child on another Microsoft account to no avail.

    Tried adding it on Xbox I get signup services are unavailable.

    Is there a timescale you can add people?

    I. Lost beyond lost.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
