    HELP!


    I originally created this account because I bought my 9 year old an xbox one. Now I am using the Microsoft account on my computer bc it is linked with a lot of my photos somehow on my phone? I'm so confused right now. anyway I bought a new laptop and linked
    the Microsoft account to it so that all my photos would upload to my pc but now when I try to purchase apps for the laptop it has my sons bday as the primary account holder. I know that you cant change the birthday on an account but will I lose all my photos
    if I delete the account and start all over? I'm not sure what to do at this point. but I don't want to be restricted from access to things on my own laptop.

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
