    Hello yes. My mom recently passed away about two months ago. This is one of the few times I've played my xbox, and I tried to purchase a xbox gold membership, and it said the parental controls wouldn't allow it. And sent in two password retrieval forms and
    both said I din't have enough information. Is there anyway you can help? Or will I have to delete my Microsoft account along with my mom's?

    Hi Stalled,

    I'm sorry to hear about your mother passing away. Unfortunately, your best bet would be to either contact Microsoft Support, https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/, or to create a new account. One
    is less of a hassle than the other, but one would be a little bit more important if what you said is true, you would want to have her account closed anyway to prevent unneeded charges piling up and not finding out till later. I hope everything works out for

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
