    HELP!


    Hello everyone,

    I recently contacted Xbox via chat to resolve a problem where my Gold Membership has disappeared. That has been resolved as they gave me a new membership code to use for my remaining 3 months but the code wasn't working so the guy from support told me to
    delete and re download my account then try using the code again. However, I cannot download my profile at all! I keep getting the error code [8007065B], it also tells me that "Xbox Profiles cannot be downloaded at this time"

    I would be grateful if someone could help me as I've lost 4 years of progress since all my data is saved on that profile!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
