    I have no idea where this post belongs, so I'll try here for now.

    Simply put, I cant play online. Opening Overwatch gives me a lost connection to Xbox Live or Blizz server error. Opening Battlefield 1 places me in offline mode, and I cant connect to online at all. Destiny tells me I can't connect to Xbox Live, and that I
    should check my connection.

    Thing is, my connection is perfectly fine. Everytime I go to the Network Settings page, it says my NAT Type is Open, and my connection in perfect. My Xbox live doesn't run out till late March 2017.

    I have triple checked my port-forwarding protocols, and they are fine. Have hard reset Xbox and router multiple times, to no avail.

    Hey Shadow -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you head into your Xbox's settings and give us your Detailed Networking Statistics please? And what is the make/model of your home networking equipment and who is your ISP?

    This will help us narrow down some troubleshooting steps to try. Help? :)

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
