    So my little brother was playing Gta5 with one of his friends, out of nowhere the Xbox one freezes and they can't hear each other talk, so I do the normal fix and turn it off, we turn it back on and we can't even sign in, so I turn it off again and let it
    sit, now whenever I turn it on the light stays on and the Xbox stays on the start up screen (Green screen that says "Xbox One"). Occasionally it will give me the option to troubleshoot and reset to factory defaults but I don't want to lose all of my data,
    and whenever I choose restart the xbox freezes. Anybody know what to do?

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
