HELP!!!

    HELP!!!


    My son wants me to play Star Wars Battlefront II with him. We have 2 controllers and 1 console. We keep following directions on how to set up a game so that we can both play together using 2 controllers. We have gone along with all the directions and it keeps getting to the part where we are asked to press the button on the second controller that looks like 3 horizontal lines, we do so, to connect it to the game, Yet nothing happens. The 2nd controller works, and is signed in. We keep going in circles on this loop, and have yet to be able to play the game together. This is very frustrating as we keep following the directions (both what we see online as well as what Microsoft AI chat tells us to do.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
