    When I woke up I went to get on Xbox to play some NHL 14 online and it said my billing info needed updated and I would be charged after updating and account suspended. I nver use my billing info to pay for live I use live codes and I still have 14 days
    left of live. What do I do?

    See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol

    If not, you NEED a credit card on your account.You may have bought something with a credit card that is no longer valid, my brother used my late grandmother's credit card for his account's membership (His b-day present every year from her) and when she passed,
    we forgot all about that card and got that message. You need to put a credit card on there to pay for your evaded charges.

    I do not have a credit card attached to my account, I also use prepaid cards. I actually do not have a credit card anymore because my card number somehow was stolen and charges attempted so I canceled it and just never went back to having one.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
