    I purchased Xbox x and one additional controller through very in Nov 2022 for my Sons Christmas present.

    In October 2023 they both started malfunctioning, I spoke to Very where I purchased them from. They said that they are under warrantee. I was surprised when they asked me to contact Microsoft Xbox support to organise a repair or replacement. I done this and processed two requests for resolution. I was asked to post these to you via UPS, I boxed them together, added all paperwork inside the box for both controllers to be extra safe, and I have the tracking information.

    UPS tracking information shows that they were received at 14.00 on the 24th of October, yet when I look at your device service and repair page it is showing as waiting to receive them. They have clearly both go

    This has been going on for four weeks, Very keep saying they cannot help and I cannot talk to anyone at Microsoft Xbox support as everything is online and there is no option to select for this situation.

    I simply need for my Son to receive two controllers back, it is really distressing.

    Please can you help!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
