HELP

I need help I want my account and my games. I'm going down to buy unlimited pass and try it. I'm going to throw money away I can't afford to throw away. I'm getting angry at this whole thing I can't believe that a company I've back for years and years is treating me this way. I wish I could say something else. But I have no clue what these ppl want from me. I can't access games I'm being put into nerfed lobbies. I guess I got two subscriptions I need to pay for game pass unlimited and gold. But I'm only paying for one. I've called and asked if I owned them money they say no. Also I took my payment info out of whatever anzo is. I have no clue what that **** is for. I looked. And I was confused onto why I would be there. And my credit card be there as well. I might have tried a free trial if it was a learning thing. But I don't remember. Anyways it's saying to fix what can be watched online through family settings only thing is I have no family to add. Since my son's dead. Thanks. Microsoft
