    Hi all

    WE have an Xbox One - it has been working fine up until a couple of days ago.

    Turn TV on, has sounds - can watch tv prefectly, turn xbox on, we have no sound - only sound comes in through the headset.

    I have checked aduio settings on the xbox, change HDMI cords, changed ports, turned it off and on, as well as the TV, but nothing seems to work.

    Is there something that i have missed - no settings have been changed so im not sure why this has suddenly happened

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
