    HELP!


    Hi! How are y'all? I post this because don't know what to do. Every time I start to play the game called Geshin Impact, the screen freezes (but the game still working, I can hear sounds like attacks, and even if I pause the game I can hear them). The problem is with Genshin and War Thunder (another game) only, but for ex with Battlefield 1 or GTA V, I have no problems. Just with it. I checked my PC and all components are ok. Even I formatted if it was a virus but the problem still there (I modified resolution, graphics to zero, but still there). Also, I updated my drivers, and reinstalled Genshin Imapct. Even I tested with old drivers but still freezing.

    My specifications: B660M DS3H. I5-12600KF, 32 gb RAM, RTX 3060.

    Have to say, also: time ago (one month). I could play genshin with everything to maximum without any effort or lag. Please, help!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
