    I have spent over ten hours chatting or on the phone with people who have not assisted me.

    My account was hacked on Tuesday. I filed a report. Messaged Wednesday, asked if i really had to wait 72 hours. They gave me my reference number the first guy didnt....except he emailed it to me and on the recipients list the guy sent it to the hacker too!!! So i get a message from "a manager" after talking on Microsoft support with my confirmation number who assured me it would be taken care of.

    I call thursday, I am assured friday will be the last day.

    Friday comes, i call and the guy tells me they didnt file the proper paperwork and now i must wait.

    I spoke with three employees and a manager. Why was this NOW picked up 72 hours into this?

    Here i am going into Sunday. I havent used my xbox since last Tuesday. I am so glad I pay for my subscription and if it wasnt for the gsmes saved in the library I just make a new account!

    Worst yet, I get into chat. I wait 20 minutes to speak with someone. I tell them the issue. I give them the confirmation number and the agent disconnects. VERY FRUSTRATING.

    The fact that there is zero accountability with microaoft customer service and NOBODY knows what they are doing is absolutely shocking!!!!

    Can SOMEBODY help me! Call me text me oh ny lord... All i am looking for is old fashioned customer service.

    What in the blue heck is going on!!!!!

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
