    hello,

    last year I created an epic games account on my iPad which I am not using anymore. Now I recently bought an X-box and used the same email for the Xbox sign in. Now, I am trying to sign in to epic games on my laptop but my old epic games account pops up instead of my Xbox account. Whenever I try to sign in to epic games using Xbox live, it says there is some sort of error and that I should contact support. Can you pls help with my problems?

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
