    Help!


    How can I get a refund for my Purchases of Call of Duty Cold War and Modern Warfare? Today is February 18th 2021 and Starting February 12, 2021 both of my Call of Dutys have crashed on start up taking me to the home screen. Now as of today the games have crashed my Xbox Series X, shutting the system down when loading these games. Sadly on the 12th of February when I discovered that these games no longer work I had purchashed a Xbox Elite 2 controller and now Im debating on returning the controller since I cant use it for games I have purchased. I have already spoke to microsoft customer support with no type of support available for this issue and nothing has been offered to me for my troubles regarding this issue. How can I request a refund? Or is this an issue regarding the warranty of my Xbox Series X seeing that the system is crashing and shutting down when loading my games?

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
