    Hello. I'm trying to sell my Xbox One console but my console is still a part of the Preview Program and I've opted out. But there are a few problems. A customer service rep told me I have to wait a month for my unenrollment to go though, another problem
    is I've uninstalled the Preview Dashboard app once and reinstalled it, I can't access the previews forums, And I've already installed the preview update. And the app says my enrollment is still pending. Any support would be appreciated.

    Subscription problem with the card

    most likely you could go to settings and restore factory settings. Not sure if that would help or just reset preferences or privacy settings.

    I would still wait thought if you were told to.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
