    hey guys i need hep

    See ive been playing the xbox game pass on my pc since march, i didnt have any problems but last week when i started my ff15 game and clicking on load game all my data was gone and i didnt know what could happened, then i decided to give up and keep playing
    the other game i have installed (gears5) but yesterday happened again my data was gone ( i already try on settings and fixing but nothing)

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
