    My xbox one s digital edition console is not letting me access to sign in or my setting to do a factory reset. I just got it and plugged it in, went threw the set up and every time I try to access anything
    it takes me back to the home screen. I held the power button in like one site said, unplugged everything and plugged it back it and I cant do a factory rest threw setting because it wont let me access it and I do not have access to a flash drive. What can
    I do?

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).

    You need to provide more information. What error do you recieve when you try to sign in?
