Help!!

I searched extensively for an answer in support and online but nothing helps!

my xb1 was working perfectly and then I switched my Belkin router to an apple airport express. I logged onto the network, and was connected to Xbox live. Then, when I tried to find a multiplayer game, it wouldnt connect to a game after MANY attempts. I decided
to check the settings on the Xbox and did A network and multiplayer test. When I did a multiplayer test, it told me to reset the router. Still not able to get on multiplayer. Then I did a system restore and went to reinstall the game, and after 10 hours it
wouldn't install

here are the steps I've taken:

1.) went into airport utility and opened up turedo Tunneling then restarted the router (the NAT set to open instead of strict)

2.) connected the Xbox to the network and did a system restore after still not working

3 disconected wireless and power cycled the Xbox (as Xbox support suggested) and installed the game. after game install completed, connected back to the network to update the game, but it just stops at 10% and doesn't finish

this is where I left off before I gave up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My headset was working for both game sound and party chat now not working for game sound and only shows settings for party chat

Have you been to the network hardware forums and followed instructions there?

Obviously you should do a full shutdown of the Xbox before trying again after following instructions. To full shutdown just hold the power button for about 10 seconds.
