    Well, I've re-downloaded my account onto my Xbox with my email, but it's not my profile, none of my friends are there, nothing, it's like a new profile just with the same email, i want my profile back and i need help.

    Hi there,

    Just to be sure, you are 100% sure you are using the same email address?

    If so then I would advise contacting Xbox Support, so they can double check if there are somehow two accounts based on that same email address. And advise on what to do next.

    You might need to move that 'new' account over to a new Microsoft Account, but it's best to have Xbox Support decide the next steps.

    Its definetly the same email, i only have one, my gamertag is Nw******* originally but when i redownloaded it its come up with welcome back

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
