    One week ago I bought an xbox 1. It came with a 2 month game pass and a 2 week xbox gold trial. Today I tried playing a game pass game I had downloaded and gave me the subscription error.(I had downloaded and played this game the day before) 0x803F900A.
    Which should mean one of my subscriptions has ran out.I go to my subscriptions(everything is going slow when I clicked my profile it took forever to load) I hit subscriptions and after 20 min of loading it gave me "You're not connected to the internet"problem,
    I am though. If I test connection it says the connection test is successful.Suggestions?Are the servers down? Is it my internet?

    Note, everything is also going slow.

    When I tried signing in it took 10 min just to sign in.

    Things I have tried:

    Hard reset

    Resetting internet

    Letting my xbox rest for an hour.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
