HELP!

All right everyone, sit down, get comfortable, because this is a long one. Please read until the end because I legitimately need your help.

A few days ago I recieved a suspension from XBOX Live.

WAIT! Stop clicking the back button! Stop saying to yourself "he deserved it" or "he did something wrong" or "what the hell is that gamertag?" All will be explained

I recieved a two week suspension feom xbox live. I had to spend a solid 2 hours trying to contact support to find out why I was banned. They told me to make a new account and post on the suspension/ban forums. It took 24 hours before that post got a COMPUTER
GENERATED response saying that I was suspended for either hacking or intentionally joining a session with a hacker. I DID NONE OF THESE THINGS!! Two days before I was banned I went on GTA Online to play with some friends. While waiting for them to get online
I joined a random public lobby. As soon as I got in to the lobb my level was decreased, my character was transformed into an alien, and my game froze. It turns out there was a hacker in the session with the gamertag

I went to the Rockstar support forums to get my lost levels back And told them all about the hacker, gamertag and everything. They completely understood and fixed my rank. 1 day later I recieved he suspension. I have sent messages to 5 DIFFERENT SUPPORT
OFFICIALS detailing this experience and have supplied the name of the hacker, and they will not remove my suspension. I know that they can because I have heard of cases where they have removed suspensions.

Before you assume that I did something innapropriate hear this:

I do not swear in public game chats

I do not send angry or threatening messages

I HAVE DONE NOTHING THAT BREAKS THE CODE OF CONDUCT OR THE TERMS OF SERVICE!!! I have read it over 3 TIMES specifically to make are that I did not do anything hat broke either of them. I have been suspended for BEING HACKED!! I only want the suspension removed
so that I can continue to play games with my friends.

It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

 

Nobody here is going to harass members of XBLPET to try and get you unsuspended.

We only have your word you did nothing wrong, and you have even hidden your game history on that account to stop anyone seeing what you have even been playing.

You get banned for participating in modded lobbies, not for being put into them.

 

No one can get your account unsuspended & asking people to pm a member of the enforcement team is not allowed.

Not sure were you've heard of suspensions being reversed but that's not going to happen,all bans/suspensions are final & not appealable.

You were in a modded lobby which is against the code of conduct.

Calling out gamertags is also not allowed on the forums

 

Also its good to remember that members of XBLPET can also use the internet.

So for example if you were to post on a well known "sinful" website on the 12th of january asking for mods, they can see it.

 

Okay I share an account with my brother, so maybe he made a request for a modded lobby. If he did that, then tell me this: How does asking to be in a modded lobby get me suspended, because I definitely didn't accept any invite.

 

Account sharing violates the code of conduct, one person per account.

It was the account that was banned, not you.

"The account" asked for modded lobbies on more than one occasion, and appears on a youtube page too that has now been deleted, coincidence??

 

No idea what the youtube page is, but okay. Last question, if the message says that I will have access to the account again at 1/31/15, does that mean I can play on that day or not until the next day?

 

I couldn`t care less which day you get it back, you should think yourself fortunate you can ever use that account again, it used to be a permanent ban and should still be.

 

Alright, and how do I delete this thread? (I have serious OCD and not having any open topics that were solved helps me deal with it)

 

You don`t get to delete it, the mods will do that when they see your topic.

Be sure to remove the thread on rockstars site too, now everyone knows the truth.

 

How do I get the mods to delete it? (And thanks for acting hostile when I just confessed an mental issue to you and asked for your help with it. I opened up a part of myself that I thought might make you understand why I wanted it deleted, the reason being
that if it is not deleted it feels like there is something WRONG. Like a little pressure in the back of your head that won't go away, and that if it is not taken care of will consume my world, and if it is not dealt with then nothing will be right, nothing
can be right. So thanks for that response, it really showed me how understanding people can be of mental issues. And in case it went over your head, that last sentence was drowned in sarcasm)

 

You will be able to play on that account at the same time it was suspended,eg:if your suspension started at 8pm then that's when it will end.

Account sharing is also against the ToC & the fact that it's quite easy to find that account asking to be let in modded lobbies & taking part in them I wouldn't be surprised if the account is permanently banned.

You can't delete this thread but I have notified a mod about it so it will be locked or removed soon.

 

Could you request that it be deleted, say that the original poster has a mental disorder and it would very much help him if it was gone. I don't know who you are, or what your experience with severe OCD might be, but try to understand. It's the equivalent
a 100 lb weight being pressed down on your mind, and the only way to throw that weight off is to do the mundane task that it wants (touch the chair 4 times, delete the post, make a high pitched noise with your throat, come up with 4 examples). Thank you
