    HELP!!


    Me and my brother got into an argument and we had to kick him out.. only problem really is that he knows my account info because we made it together when 360 came out. I need security results now so i can stop fighting for the account like seriously. every
    five or ten minutes im getting booted off because he is trying to steal my information and games i downloaded.. someone please help i need this taken care of NOW. Message me or if i could speak to live support that woul be the best scenario.

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    HELP!!

    Hey KGC No Evil! Sorry to hear about that!

    The biggest priority here is going to be for you to go and change the password for your Microsoft Account! You can do that on
    this page. While you're there, make sure your security info is updated! You might also want to look into two-step verification.
    If you do this, you'll want to create an App Password and use that to login from your 360.

    Next, you should go to the
    Xbox 360 Profile Protection page     and make sure you "require profile download" for any console he added your profile to.

    Hey thanks for the info it sucks that i have to wait till the 22nd because we had originally created it with his email. so right now I'm just looking for anyway to lock it down but still be in my control till that period is over

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
